Introduction

Welcome to axolabs. ToS. These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of our web design, hosting, and cloud storage services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Services & Access Restrictions

axolabs. provides web design, hosting, and cloud storage solutions. Customers do not have full administrative access to manage these services; instead, they can view relevant information via our CRM portal at https://crm.axolabs.dev.

Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99% uptime for Starter and Standard plans and 99.99% uptime for the Supreme plan. If downtime occurs, we will extend the hosting period to compensate for lost time.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Hosting & Services: 30% payment required upfront.
• Web Design: 50% before development, 20% before final publication.
• Refunds: Not available. However, if a client cancels within 24 hours of paying 50% for development (before the design phase begins), we will refund the 50%. The initial 30% is non-refundable.

Content Restrictions & Fair Use

Users may not host or distribute:

• Copyrighted content without proper authorization.
• Illegal materials or activities.
• Adult content.

axolabs. reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of services, if these rules are violated.

Account Suspension & Termination

• Accounts may be suspended for non-compliance with these terms, abuse, or non-payment.
• We provide a 7-day renewal notice before the due date. If payment is not received, the service is suspended.
• If payment is delayed beyond 7 days, a penalty fee applies. The penalty percentage is specified in individual contracts.
• If payment is not received within 30 days, the service will be permanently deleted.

Liability & Disclaimers

axolabs. is not responsible for damages due to service disruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific business results from using our web design and hosting services.

Changes to ToS & Contact Information

axolabs. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
